Flair AI voice agents generate 1,788 warm handoffs for West Capital
In May, the system placed 318,000 outbound calls to reach about 11,400 borrowers, then routed 1,053 live transfers plus 735 scheduled callbacks to loan officers.
Flair Labs says its AI voice agents helped mortgage lender West Capital Lending convert leads during a one-month deployment in May, when it placed 318,000 outbound calls and reached about 11,400 borrowers through live conversations.
HousingWire reports that the deployment produced 1,788 warm handoffs to West Capital loan officers, including 1,053 live transfers and 735 scheduled callbacks. Flair said the rollout involved 70 West Capital loan officers and contacted more than 44,000 mortgage leads.
The companies described the project as addressing a lead-follow-up challenge in mortgage, where lenders often acquire large volumes of leads but struggle to connect with borrowers quickly and consistently.
HousingWire reports that Flair CEO Samir Sen said West Capital wanted to capture more opportunities without expanding its loan officer team, adding that the system automates outreach after a borrower expresses interest so loan officers can focus on productive conversations.
