Merritt Properties has acquired Center Point Business Park, an 11-building light industrial park totaling 537,800 square feet in Jacksonville’s Butler Corridor, according to ConnectCRE.

The property, located at 4801-6631 Executive Park Court, is described as 99% leased to 35 tenants across a range of industries.

ConnectCRE said Merritt Properties bought the park from Plymouth REIT, with CBRE National Partners’ Royce Rose and Justin Rabin representing the seller in the transaction.

The article also notes the park includes 18- to 22-foot clear heights, dock-high loading in most suites, 107 dock doors, and 1,005 parking spaces, with the site positioned near Interstate 95 and the Florida East Coast Railway for last-mile connectivity.
