Legora signs 10-year lease for entire 11th floor at 11 Madison Avenue

The lease gives 11 Madison Avenue 100 percent occupancy and brings SL Green’s 2026 office leasing total to about 1.5 million square feet.

Commercial Observer reports that Legora, an AI-driven workspace provider for the legal industry, signed a new 10-year lease for 98,420 square feet, the entire 11th floor, at SL Green Realty’s 11 Madison Avenue in Manhattan.

The outlet said the deal follows Legora’s prior New York City presence, where the company opened its headquarters in 27,238 square feet at 838 Broadway last year.

Commercial Observer added that with the new tenant taking the floor, the building reached 100 percent occupancy. It also said the lease increases SL Green’s total office leases at the property to roughly 1.5 million square feet so far in 2026, with a broader office pipeline of more than 900,000 square feet across its Manhattan holdings.

The report also highlighted that 11 Madison Avenue already counts major technology and consumer brands among its tenants, including Sony, UBS, Jim Beam Brands, WME, and Pinterest, and noted that the building sits in Midtown South near the Flatiron District’s tech-heavy area.
