The Baldwin Group appoints Phil Pierce West regional president for IAS
Pierce, who has 20 years of industry experience, will oversee strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of Baldwin’s Insurance Advisory Solutions business in the West.
The Baldwin Group has appointed Phil Pierce as West Regional President for its Insurance Advisory Solutions segment, expanding leadership for the brokerage and advisory firm’s IAS business, according to Risk & Insurance.
Pierce will oversee the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of Baldwin’s IAS operation across the West Region, including talent development and partner relationships.
Risk & Insurance reports that Jeff Hughes, president of Middle Market Insurance and IAS at The Baldwin Group, said Pierce brings leadership and experience with client needs in a complex risk environment and will help strengthen Baldwin’s integrated, advisory-driven approach.
The appointment also reflects the firm’s continued growth and the expanding scale of its IAS business, Risk & Insurance said, citing Pierce’s 20-year career track record in driving growth and advising on complex risk management strategies.
