Stonelake breaks ground on 17-story office tower in Uptown Dallas

The 2626 McKinney project totals 173,774 square feet of office space plus 7,067 square feet of ground-floor retail, with delivery planned for early 2028.

Stonelake Capital Partners has broken ground on 2626 McKinney, a new 17-story office building on McKinney Avenue in Uptown Dallas, according to ConnectCRE citing reporting from the Dallas Business Journal.

The tower is expected to include 173,774 square feet of office space and 7,067 square feet of ground-floor retail, and it will feature an 11th-floor amenity level with a terrace overlooking the Dallas skyline.

Stonelake secured construction financing for the development from Bank OZK in June, and the project will be built by Brasfield & Gorrie as general contractor.

ConnectCRE also reports the firm bought the site in 2021, and the building is slated for delivery in early 2028.
