Chubb partners with Amazon to offer embedded device protection
The coverage is available in the UK and Spain, with customers able to add protection at checkout for computers, tablets, and gaming devices.
Chubb has partnered with Amazon to offer embedded device protection to customers in the UK and Spain, allowing shoppers to add coverage at the point of sale during purchases of computers, tablets, and gaming devices.
The protection is integrated directly into Amazon’s shopping experience, positioning the offering as an add-on available within the online checkout flow.
In other company news, Chubb held its second-quarter 2026 earnings call on July 22, where it highlighted the durability of its high-net-worth personal lines business and said it continues with its unchanged capital deployment approach.
The company also said the embedded partnership supports efforts to improve protocol compliance and reduce operational, regulatory, and liability risks for sponsors, CROs, and research sites, referencing governance and strategy oversight tied to its global reinsurance business.
