Nine IPOs set to open for subscription next week, aiming for ₹11,365 crore
Among the mainboard deals, Manipal Health Enterprises plans a book-built offering worth ₹9,275.2 crore, with subscription from July 29 to July 31.
Investors will get nine new IPOs to subscribe to in the coming week, with three large mainboard offerings among the slate. LiveMint Markets said the group targets total fundraising of up to ₹11,365 crore, as primary market activity continues alongside ongoing private market excitement around future listings.
The Manipal Health Enterprises IPO is scheduled to open for subscription on July 29 and close on July 31. The deal is described as a book-built issue worth ₹9,275.22 crore, including a fresh issue of 13.56 crore shares valued at ₹8,000 crore and an offer for sale of 2.16 crore shares amounting to ₹1,275.22 crore.
Juniper Green Energy’s IPO will open on July 30 and close on August 3, with a book-built public issue worth ₹1,800 crore. LiveMint Markets said it will be a fresh issue of equity shares, alongside an OFS component.
MV Electrosystems’ mainboard IPO will also open on July 30 and close on August 3, with a book-built issue worth ₹290 crore. In addition to these mainboard launches, the week includes SME IPOs such as Advance Technoforge, Propshop Events & Exhibitions, and Poojaa Precision Engg, while several other companies are set to debut on stock exchanges during the same period.
