JLL secures listing for Dallas office tower The Stack
The 217,000-square-foot building, completed in 2021, is 100% leased and has $133 million remaining contractual revenue.
JLL has landed the listing for The Stack, a distinctive 16-story office tower in the Deep Ellum district of Dallas. The property is owned by a joint venture that includes Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management, Ivanhoé Cambridge and Hines, and it was completed in 2021, according to ConnectCRE.
The Stack totals 217,000 square feet and is fully leased. Major tenants include advertising agency TRG and Worldwide Express, which said in 2021 it was moving its headquarters to The Stack from Victory Park.
ConnectCRE reports there is $133 million remaining in contractual revenue tied to the building. The Dallas Business Journal is cited as reporting that the building and its land are valued at $77.5 million.
Located at 2700 Commerce St., The Stack includes 200,000 square feet of office space, 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and amenities such as a 10th-floor amenity deck, private tenant balconies, a fitness center, and concierge package delivery.
