Lohia Corp IPO booked 7.26 times on final day as QIB bids surge

The IPO runs July 23 to July 27, aims to list on July 30, and shows a grey market premium that implies an estimated listing price of about ₹437.

LiveMint Markets reports that Lohia Corp’s initial public offering was subscribed 7.26 times by the end of Day 3, after the final day of bidding.

According to exchange data, bidders submitted 10.41 crore shares against an offer size of 1.43 crore shares. The non-institutional investor portion was booked 6.82 times, while the retail segment was subscribed 2.78 times and the qualified institutional buyers portion was subscribed 9.11 times.

The company has set a price band of ₹404 to ₹425 per share for its maiden public issue. The IPO consists of an offer for sale of up to 2,59,31,407 equity shares by existing shareholders, and it will list on both the NSE and BSE on July 30.

LiveMint Markets adds that the IPO is seeing a grey market premium of ₹12 per share, implying an estimated listing price around ₹437, roughly 3% above the upper end of the price band. The company, incorporated in 2023, reported revenue from operations of ₹1,716.99 crore in FY26 versus ₹1,376.87 crore in FY25.
