Ratnaveer Precision jumps after Q1 FY27 revenue rises 20%

The stock hit a fresh 52-week high of ₹204 after posting Q1 FY27 revenue of ₹318 crore and profit after tax of ₹18 crore.

Ratnaveer Precision Engineering shares surged more than 14% on July 27 after the company released results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, pushing the stock to a fresh 52-week high of ₹204 before settling around ₹200 apiece. LiveMint Markets said the move reflected investor reaction to the company’s financial performance and growth plans.

For Q1 FY27, Ratnaveer reported total revenue of ₹318 crore, up 20% year on year from ₹265 crore in the year-ago quarter. Profit after tax was ₹18 crore, up 21% from ₹15 crore in Q1 FY26, supported by sustained demand across its product portfolio.

On the expansion front, the company said its Copper Clad Laminate, or CCL, project is about 60% complete, with commercial production still expected to start in November 2026. It also reported in-principle approval under the Gujarat Electronics Policy for a proposed ₹472.34 crore CCL project.

Ratnaveer added that Infomerics Valuation and Rating upgraded its long-term credit rating to IVR A-/Stable from IVR BBB+/Positive, and lifted the short-term rating to IVR A2+. The company also received in-principle approvals from the NSE and BSE for a rights issue of up to ₹330 crore to fund future expansion.
