Trademark and Harrison Street launch Arlington Mall redevelopment as Anthem

The joint venture plans to invest $135 million, begin demolition of 70,000 square feet next month, and target early 2028 completion.

Trademark Property Company and Harrison Street Asset Management are moving forward with the redevelopment of Lincoln Square, a 43-year-old Arlington Mall site, under a new venture called Anthem, ConnectCRE reports.

The partners are investing $135 million in the project. InterBank is providing refinancing and construction financing, while Trademark will lead a full renovation of the property.

Redevelopment is scheduled to break ground next month, with completion slated for early 2028. The first phase includes demolition of 70,000 square feet of vacated building space.

After demolition, Anthem is expected to deliver 404,000 square feet of retail, food and beverage, public spaces, and entertainment space. Trademark is also in final lease negotiations for more than 35,000 square feet of retail and food and beverage space.
