Fibe launches Credit AI Radar to help users manage credit health
The AI platform combines data from multiple credit bureaus with Fibe’s AI engine, FibeSense, and includes a chatbot, Fiora, available in seven Indian languages.
Fibe, a TPG-backed, IPO-bound digital lender, has launched Credit AI Radar, or CAIR, an AI-powered credit intelligence and management platform aimed at making credit more transparent and easier to act on for consumers in India, LiveMint Markets reports.
CAIR is designed to move beyond a traditional credit score by combining data from multiple credit bureaus with Fibe’s proprietary AI engine, FibeSense. The company says CAIR gives users access to the same credit intelligence that supports its lending decisions.
At the center of the platform is Fiora, an AI-powered chatbot that answers plain-language questions about credit scores, repayments, and credit behaviour, with visual insights based on a user’s credit history. Fiora supports Hindi, English, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.
CAIR also provides personalised credit improvement plans and score simulation tools to show how specific financial actions could affect credit scores, and it flags issues such as high credit utilization and recent hard enquiries. Fibe says the platform uses customer data only with explicit consent, and it cites responsible borrowing guidance as part of its approach.
