Lofty expands AI platform with House.ai for homebuyers

The update adds Lofty AOS task automation plus Lofty Cowork, designed to reduce agents' time managing software by presenting prioritized actions.

Lofty expanded its AI operating system with Lofty AOS, Lofty Cowork, and House.ai, positioning the upgrades as a way to automate real estate workflow management and improve consumers' understanding of homeownership and mortgage readiness, according to HousingWire.

Lofty AOS is designed to proactively manage agent workflows by prioritizing tasks that are ready to execute, shifting away from a multi-widget dashboard model. The company said the approach aims to cut down time spent managing software so agents can focus more on client relationships and transactions.

Lofty Cowork adds an AI-powered workspace within Lofty AOS, using a chat interface to organize and prioritize daily tasks. The platform supports actions such as reviewing leads, sending mass text messages, building Smart Plans, and includes features like “Your Morning Read” and “What Needs You Now,” which highlights activities requiring human input.

House.ai is pitched as a financial intelligence platform for consumers to assess homebuying readiness, while also routing qualified prospects to real estate agents. HousingWire also reported that for agents and brokers, House.ai is intended to automate early lead qualification.
