The Standard rolls out Parental Leave Resources for eligible benefits customers
The service, built with PERKY and the Center for Parental Leave Leadership, bundles leave planning, manager guidance, and return-to-work coaching for birth, adoptive and foster parents.
The Standard has launched Parental Leave Resources, a value-added workplace benefits service for eligible customers, designed to support employees, managers, and employers before, during, and after parental leave, according to Coverager.
The offering combines leave planning and benefits education with financial wellness tools. It includes PERKY’s personalized leave planning tool, which provides guidance on state and federal leave programs, income projections, timelines, and required next steps.
For support around the return to work, the service also features the Center for Parental Leave Leadership’s RETAIN Coaching Hub, with planning assessments, manager conversation guides, return-to-work templates, webinars, and access to certified coaches.
Coverager reports the program is intended to support birth, adoptive, and foster parents and help employers improve retention and employee engagement, and it is housed within the company’s new regional hub. CrisDee Plambeck, vice president of Product and Business Development at The Standard, said the resources aim to give employees clarity before and during leave and support when they return to work.
