Uniti AI expands agentic platform use across property management workflows
The Manhattan-based company says one self-storage operator saw a 214% ROI, and 94% of pilots converted into long-term contracts.
Uniti AI, an agentic artificial intelligence platform aimed at real estate property managers, is seeing rapid growth in client demand and funding as proptech firms compete to address day-to-day workflow needs for large operators, Commercial Observer reports.
Founded in February 2024 and based in Manhattan, Uniti says its platform is being used across real estate asset classes including self-storage, manufactured housing, multifamily, senior living, and flexible workspace. The agentic AI layer is designed to handle leasing, maintenance, collections, reviews, and renewals through voice, email, SMS, and chat.
The company also cites measurable results, including a reported 214% return on investment for one enterprise self-storage operator. Uniti further says 94% of its pilots became long-term customer contracts, with 306% net revenue retention as customers expanded to additional properties and workflows.
Uniti AI says its platform integrates with 15 property management systems and uses large language models to localize language for different verticals. Co-founder and CEO Francesco Decamilli said the approach targets reducing manual workflows and labor budgets, aiming to move beyond simply answering inquiries to completing workflows end to end.
