Constant Contact launches real estate marketing platform with AI tools

The platform adds centralized enterprise brand controls and reporting, while connecting to real estate CRMs and design and content tools agents already use.

Constant Contact has launched Constant Contact for Real Estate, a marketing platform aimed at brokerages, franchises, MLSs, associations, and agents. The company said the product layers enterprise brand controls on top of individual agent marketing tools, with a centralized environment for template and standards management.

The platform also includes AI-assisted content creation plus email and automation capabilities, designed to help organizations standardize marketing and brand usage while keeping agents able to access the tools they use day to day. Constant Contact said it can monitor usage and engagement across accounts and support education and adoption from the central setup.

Integrations are a key part of the offering, with connections to real estate CRMs including BoldTrail, Lofty, and Follow Up Boss. It also links with design tools like Canva and content solutions such as HousingWire’s Keeping Current Matters, targeting reduced complexity and less data fragmentation across marketing, CRM, transaction, and back-office systems.

Constant Contact positioned the launch as fitting the relationship-driven nature of real estate, especially as AI changes how marketing is created. The company said the real estate-specific experience followed a two-year cross-functional initiative spanning product, engineering, partnerships, customer success, marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
