LPT Aperture Holdings acquires Speculo AI platform for real estate
Speculo’s Remi tool is designed to run inside brokers’ or teams’ existing databases, engaging clients and flagging when human outreach is most likely to add value.
LPT Aperture Holdings, parent company of LPT Realty and Aperture Global Real Estate, has acquired Speculo, an AI database engagement and intent-detection platform built for real estate professionals, the company announced.
Speculo says its core product, Remi, works inside a brokerage or team’s existing database to engage clients, detect changes in consumer intent, and flag when human outreach is likely to create value. The platform has been used with more than 300 real estate organizations and has supported millions of consumer conversations since launching two years ago.
Under the deal, Speculo will keep its own brand and remain brokerage agnostic. LPTA also said it plans to expand Speculo across the U.S. and Canada, with financial terms not disclosed.
LPT Aperture Holdings said the acquisition aligns with its strategy of investing in independent, industry-facing growth platforms that can support a range of residential real estate businesses, from solo agents to teams and larger enterprises, and it will add resources to accelerate Speculo’s product development and growth across North America.
