Marsh appoints Lynn Serpico as Managing Director, Client Engagement

Serpico rejoined Marsh after nearly 17 years at Aon, bringing more than three decades of experience spanning client experience, enterprise growth, and risk management.

Marsh has appointed insurance industry veteran Lynn Serpico as Managing Director, Client Engagement, the risk advisory, insurance broking and reinsurance services firm said. Serpico has more than three decades of experience in the sector and will focus on client engagement, enterprise solutions, and global team leadership.

Marsh noted that Serpico is rejoining the company after nearly 17 years at Aon, where she held multiple leadership roles including Global Chief Client Experience Officer, Chief Client Officer and Head of Enterprise Clients for North America, and CEO Multinational Clients, among others. The firm also said her career includes time at Marsh in New York, where she spent six years earlier.

In remarks about the hire, Marsh cited the need to evolve client service amid complex challenges tied to risk, people, and organizational resilience. Fabrice Lebourgeois, Global Head of Client Engagement at Marsh, said Serpico will help elevate the team, while Marsh also characterized the appointment as part of its push to attract and build teams with talent in client engagement.

Marsh said Serpico previously held positions at Chubb, Travelers, and PwC, and has served on boards including RIMS and The Foundation for Risk Management. The firm also listed her prior advisory board role at Cerenity Partners.
