Redevco buys 560,000 SF logistics hub in Widnes for Jaguar Land Rover

Redevco has acquired a 560,000 square foot logistics facility in Widnes, expanding its UK industrial outdoor storage portfolio, according to Bisnow.
The 17-acre site is fully let to Jaguar Land Rover and operated by DHL, supporting supply chain operations for JLR's Halewood manufacturing plant in north-west England.
Bisnow reports the property is adjacent to the Widnes Inland Rail Freight Terminal and was recently refurbished as a build-to-suit facility for Jaguar Land Rover, with a dedicated vehicle maintenance unit accounting for about 11% of the site.
The acquisition takes Redevco Logistics' IOS platform to 5.2 million square feet across 11 assets, with the firm citing about €155 million in assets under management, as it continues targeting large-scale logistics sites.
