According to Bisnow, the adaptive reuse project is designed for office, retail, sports and tech-driven operations, supported by features that include energy-efficient windows, high ceilings, flexible floor plates, and eight dock-high doors. The site also includes flexible first-floor options from about 1,500 square feet to nearly 60,000 square feet, plus about 20,000 square feet of built-out creative offices on the second floor.
Bisnow says tenants include Sola Salon Studios and Dill Dinkers Pickleball, with Dill Dinkers serving as the anchor tenant at approximately 36,000 square feet. The pickleball facility includes 11 courts, a pro shop, and dedicated event space, and it hosts lessons and clinics.
