The property, known as Fred 310 Harbor Freight, is fully leased to Harbor Freight Tools and features an average weighted lease term of 8.8 years, positioning it as a core industrial logistics asset in the Seattle-Tacoma market.
Cushman & Wakefield says its team led by Bryce Aberg, along with Jeff Chiate, Matthew Leupold, Charlie Jacobs, and Jeffrey Cole, represented the seller, while an institutional industrial investor acquired the asset.
The single-building property was developed at FRED310 Industrial Park by Panattoni and Crow Holdings Capital and is designed for large-scale logistics operations, with large-scale warehouse and distribution specifications.
