Burman Real Estate begins construction on $130M Mineola condo project

The Bridge will add 101 for-sale luxury units and a 10,000-square-foot event venue at 212-214 Third St., across from the Mineola Long Island Rail Road station.

ConnectCRE reports that Burman Real Estate, along with AJM Real Estate, Caiola Real Estate Group and Park It Management, broke ground on The Bridge, a nine-story condominium development in downtown Mineola, New York.

The project is budgeted at $130 million and is set to deliver 101 for-sale, luxury residences, plus a 10,000-square-foot event venue.

The development site is at 212-214 Third St., directly across from the Mineola Long Island Rail Road station, where nearly 100 local officials, business leaders and project partners gathered for a groundbreaking ceremony.

In remarks at the event, Scott Burman, principal of Burman Real Estate, said the project is intended to address a gap in Long Island’s housing market for high-quality condo ownership opportunities, offering an alternative to single-family living with convenience and on-site amenities.
