Entre Commercial Realty completes sale of IOS storage facility in Spring Grove

Entre Commercial Realty has completed the sale of an outside storage facility in Spring Grove, Illinois, according to ConnectCRE.

The property at 2500 Westward Drive spans 20,500 square feet across two buildings, with eight drive-in doors and a fenced yard on 1.92 acres.

ConnectCRE said Entre Commercial Realty represented the seller, while Keller Williams Commercial represented the purchaser.

The seller was able to capitalize on strong demand for IOS assets, securing multiple offers and selling the property to a local material-handling company seeking outdoor storage service capability.
