Kelman Winston & Vallone leases 2,695 sq ft at 520 Eighth Ave

The five-year, four-month lease moves the firm to improved space on the 14th floor at the same building.

GFP Real Estate announced that New York law firm Kelman Winston & Vallone PC has signed a five-year, four-month lease for 2,695 square feet at 520 Eighth Ave.

The firm will relocate to newly improved office space on the 14th floor, previously occupied by LightbulbLive, while keeping its location in the same building.

GFP said the move supports upgraded office space for the tenant and highlighted the building’s central location, efficient floor plates, and long-term investment in the tenant experience.

GFP’s Matthew Mandell represented the landlord, while Steve Haas of Norman Bobrow & Company represented the tenant.
