Kelman Winston & Vallone signs lease for 520 Eighth Ave space

The law firm will occupy 2,695 square feet on the 14th floor for a five-year, four-month term.

GFP Real Estate announced that the New York-based law firm Kelman Winston & Vallone PC has signed a lease for 2,695 square feet at 520 Eighth Ave.

The firm will relocate to newly improved office space on the 14th floor, previously occupied by LightbulbLive, while staying in the same building.

GFP said the lease runs for five years and four months, and that the move gives Kelman Winston upgraded space and long-term value at the property.

ConnectCRE reported that GFP’s Matthew Mandell represented the landlord, while Steve Haas of Norman Bobrow & Company represented the tenant.
