Plymouth Rock adds home insurance quoting via ChatGPT plugin
The insurer says the plugin is available in every state where it operates, including Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New York, and New Hampshire.
Plymouth Rock Home Assurance has announced the availability of home insurance quoting through ChatGPT, using a new plugin that lets homeowners request a quote within the chat interface.
According to Coverager, the quoting option will be available across all states where Plymouth Rock operates, including Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New York, and New Hampshire.
Plymouth Rock also highlighted its scale in selling and managing insurance, stating it writes and manages $2.5 billion in auto and home insurance premium across six Northeastern states.
The company said Bill Martin, its president and CEO, emphasized that it aims to combine instant answers with financial strength and claims-paying ability, and it cited its experience writing and managing more than $2.3 billion in auto and home premiums across six states, including New Jersey.
