For Q2 2026, Verisk boosted revenue to $806 million, but GAAP net income fell 9.8% year over year to $229 million.
Verisk, a data analytics and technology provider serving the global reinsurance and insurance industry, reported $1.589 billion in revenue for the first half of 2026, up 4.1% from the same period in 2025, according to Reinsurance News.
The company said net income for H1 2026 decreased 4.7% to $463 million, down from $486 million a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA rose 4.6% to $901 million from $861 million, and Verisk paid $1.00 per share in dividends across the half, an 11.1% increase versus $0.90 a year earlier.
For the second quarter alone, Verisk’s revenue increased 4.3% to $806 million from $773 million in Q2 2025. Quarterly net income contracted 9.8% year over year to $229 million, while GAAP diluted EPS fell 3.3% to $1.75.
Verisk reported that Q2 adjusted EBITDA rose 4.2% to $464 million from $445 million, lifting diluted adjusted EPS 5.3% to $1.98. The company attributed its performance to subscription revenues, operational discipline, and continued investment in proprietary datasets and AI technologies, while also pointing to cash flow used for dividends and repurchases.
