CleanCore commits up to $500M to Minnesota AI data-center venture

The planned $800 million contract value includes a $479 million project budget, with an initial $40 million contribution scheduled in $25 million at closing plus up to $15 million within four business days.

CleanCore Solutions, a cleaning-products company with a Dogecoin treasury, said it is committing as much as $500 million toward a Minnesota data-center venture tied to AI-compute company Cerebras, according to a filing and announcement covered by CryptoSlate.

The project involves a 10-year colocation agreement, with the estimated contract value set at $800 million over Cerebras’s initial term. The plan includes a $479 million project budget, and CleanCore says it holds 79% of the joint venture.

CleanCore’s July 29 Form 8-K lays out an initial funding schedule of $40 million, with $25 million due on the closing date and up to $15 million based on budget needs, within four business days. Additional capital calls could run from July 2026 through February 2027, overlapping the first quarter in which associated revenue is expected to start.

CryptoSlate also reports that about 20 MW of utility power was already energized to support an initial 15 MW of critical IT load, and that optional 10-year renewals could raise potential contract value above $3 billion. Neither the filing nor the company’s announcement disclosed that the Minnesota transaction has closed or that the initial installment has been deposited, and CleanCore’s disclosed cash and Dogecoin balances predate the Cerebras deal.
