Compass rolls out Home Platform to Corcoran and other brands
The rollout follows Compass’s $1.6B acquisition of Anywhere Real Estate, and the firm plans to extend access to its franchise network in 2027.
Compass is expanding its Home Platform to company-owned brokerage brands, including Corcoran, after completing its $1.6 billion acquisition of Anywhere Real Estate earlier this year, HousingWire reports.
Agents point to workflow upgrades such as reverse prospecting, a client dashboard, and a single database. HousingWire also notes that Compass began rolling out the platform earlier this month through Compass International Holdings to its company-owned brands.
For example, Kyle Talbott and his wife Karen Talbott, who had considered moving to Compass in 2017 based on then early technology previews, said the acquisition now gives them access to the system after it has undergone multiple iterations.
HousingWire reports that Compass executives and industry participants view the Home Platform as having shifted from a recruiting tool toward a broader competitive advantage as AI changes how agents work, with franchise access planned for 2027.
