Brokly launches a ChatGPT app for small-business insurance requirements
The app lets users compare existing policies or quotes against state coverage requirements and estimate workers’ compensation costs.
Brokly, a licensed commercial insurance brokerage, has launched a ChatGPT app aimed at helping small-business owners understand what commercial coverage is required in their state.
According to Coverager, users can enter their trade and state to get information on required coverage, drawing on state filings, statutes, and other official sources.
The app also includes tools to estimate workers’ compensation costs and to explain how different coverage types differ, while a coverage-analysis function compares an existing policy or insurance quote against state requirements.
Brokly says it does not sell small-business insurance, and the app can also analyze the insurance terms in a contract to flag where stated coverage requirements are met and where gaps may exist.
