Miivo AI launches AI customer insights platform for SMBs
The platform alerts businesses when customers leave reviews or posts on outlets including Reddit, Google and Meta, then consolidates feedback to recommend responses.
Miivo AI (TSX-V:MIVO) has launched a new Customer Insights Platform aimed at small and medium-sized businesses that sell directly to consumers, according to an interview with the company CEO published by Yahoo Finance.
The platform sends immediate notifications when customers leave reviews or posts on platforms such as Reddit, Google and Meta, consolidating the feedback into a single place. It also uses AI prompts to recommend responses, with the goal of improving customer engagement while reducing the effort needed to reply.
Miivo AI said the tool is designed for businesses with multiple customer touchpoints, including hotels, restaurants, fitness centres and wellness centres, where reputation and fast responses are key.
The company also described expanding beyond the new platform, referencing earlier releases including a business intelligence platform and a lead finder, and positioning the Customer Insights Platform as part of an all-in-one AI offering for SMB growth, Yahoo Finance reported.
