Kalshi CEO cites Nasdaq, Uber, and Airbnb in defense of New York lawsuit

Kalshi CEO Tarek Mansour defended the company in an interview with CNBC amid a New York lawsuit, arguing the legal claims could be broadly applied to other well-known businesses.

Mansour said the lawsuit could effectively be copied and filed against Nasdaq, and he added that comparisons to other major platforms like Uber and Airbnb show how the case should be viewed.
