The 1.5-day event at the InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza is open to pet food and treat manufacturers and animal nutrition, R&D, food science, and processing professionals.
World Grain says the Pet Food Processing (PFP) Exchange, hosted by Pet Food Processing magazine and parent company Sosland Publishing Co., will return for a 1.5-day event in Kansas City, running from Sept. 29 to Oct. 1 at the InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza.
According to World Grain, the program includes general sessions, networking and receptions, along with opportunities for attendees to connect with manufacturers, suppliers, and industry veterans through expert-led sessions and panel discussions.
The outlet reports the event is open to participants across the pet food and treat industry, including professionals involved in animal nutrition, ingredient development, food science, product development, food safety, processing, and packaging technologies.
World Grain also notes speakers and attendees will share insights across manufacturing, R&D, and consumer insights, with networking aimed at helping drive new ideas and partnerships across the sector.
