Business First Bancshares insider sells 4,200 shares at $32.08

Business First Bancshares, the holding company for b1BANK, disclosed that its executive vice president and chief operating officer, Keith Mansfield, sold 4,200 shares on July 30, 2026, according to an SEC Form 4 filing cited by Yahoo Finance.

The transaction’s weighted average sale price was $32.08, based on the SEC filing, which the report notes was a narrow premium to the $31.94 market close on the same date.

After the sale, Mansfield continued to hold 77,139 shares directly, including 27,000 shares held in an individual retirement account and 13,374 restricted stock units scheduled to vest in installments through March 2029.

Yahoo Finance also outlined the company’s profile, describing it as a Baton Rouge-based regional bank with a market capitalization of about $1 billion, trailing twelve-month net income of $93 million, and trailing twelve-month revenue of $344 million.
