Dinari expands tokenized U.S. stocks offering to eligible American investors
The platform lets investors trade 724 tokenized U.S. stocks, including every S&P 500 company, via self-custody wallets using USDC.
CoinDesk reports Dinari is expanding its blockchain-based tokenized U.S. equities platform to eligible investors in the United States, using self-custody crypto wallets.
Dinari says investors can buy and sell 724 tokenized U.S. stocks, including every company in the S&P 500, using Circle's USDC stablecoin. The offering is available across Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, and Avalanche, with support for Solana and Sei planned “soon.”
The tokenized stock offering runs through Dinari's regulated broker-dealer and transfer agent infrastructure, and launches with partners including Circle, Stripe-owned Privy, Para, and Monaco.
The rollout underscores intensifying competition in tokenized equities as the sector follows tokenized Treasury funds into public markets, with Citi projecting tokenized securities could reach $5.5 trillion by 2030. Dinari's approach is positioned as a middle ground versus other models in the space, including offshore share structures and proposals for companies to issue securities natively on blockchains.
