The stock opened at ₹17.19 and reached an intraday high of ₹18.90 on August 4, while the company appointed two executive additional directors effective July 22, 2026.
Elitecon International shares rose to the 10% upper circuit on Tuesday in what the company’s trading history shows was the second straight session at the NSE cap, despite a split in broader market performance, LiveMint Markets reported.
The stock opened at ₹17.19 and traded to an intraday high of ₹18.90 on August 4. In the same session, the Sensex gained more than 0.60%, while the Nifty 50 fell over 1%.
Elitecon International also said it appointed Shri Vipin Sharma and Shri Pradeep Kumar as Executive Additional Directors, effective July 22, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The company said the appointments were approved by the board on July 22 and disclosed to exchanges the same day.
LiveMint Markets added that Elitecon International linked the changes to its resumption of banking operations and its effort to strengthen leadership during its recovery, saying the move supports its turnaround strategy as it enters the second half of the financial year.
