Jessica Fields appointed to lead Marsh Risk’s US semiconductor and AI practice
Fields will coordinate risk advisory and insurance solutions for semiconductor and AI compute clients, drawing on more than 20 years of brokerage and underwriting experience.
Marsh, the global insurance broker and risk advisory business, has appointed Jessica Fields to lead Marsh Risk’s US Semiconductor and AI Compute Practice in a newly created role.
Based in New York, Fields will deliver tailored risk advisory and insurance solutions to clients across semiconductor and AI compute sectors, as they manage risks tied to the rapid expansion of global digital infrastructure.
The role brings together Marsh specialists across advisory, emerging risk, reinsurance, and capital to help organizations identify, quantify, and manage exposures, with the stated goal of strengthening resilience while creating growth opportunities.
Marsh said Fields has more than 20 years of insurance brokerage and underwriting experience, including more than 11 years at Aon in senior leadership roles, most recently as executive vice president leading risk account executives in New York.
