Rocket Pro raises refinance credit to 60 bps for all refi products
The update also keeps a 60 bps purchase credit and extends a 40 bps Compass partnership credit, while Big Pitch voting runs through Sept. 1.
Rocket Pro has expanded its August Power Play by increasing its refinance credit to 60 basis points and extending eligibility to all refinance products, according to HousingWire.
The wholesale lending arm of Rocket Mortgage is also once again offering a 60 bps purchase credit and a 40 bps Compass partnership credit as part of its brokerage collaboration.
Rocket Pro has opened its Big Pitch community voting for the top three finalists, with voting set to close on Sept. 1 at the company’s Rocket Pro Experience (RPX) annual conference.
HousingWire reports that Rocket Pro said the incentive and pricing strategy is designed to support brokers in a tough market by stacking available credits and helping partners close deals, regardless of rate movements.
