Technocraft Ventures IPO opens Aug. 7 with ₹200-₹212 price band
The book-build issue includes 95.05 lakh fresh shares and 23.76 lakh shares from an offer for sale, aiming to raise ₹201.5 crore and ₹50.4 crore total from the deal structure.
Technocraft Ventures IPO will open for public subscription on Friday, 7 August, and run until Tuesday, 11 August, with share allotment expected on Wednesday, 12 August and trading expected to start on Friday, 14 August on both the BSE and NSE, according to LiveMint Markets.
The offer includes a fresh issue of 95.05 lakh shares and an offer for sale of 23.76 lakh shares. The price band has been set at ₹200 to ₹212 per equity share of face value ₹10, and the company plans to use net proceeds for working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.
Grey market activity pointed to tepid demand, with LiveMint Markets citing a last grey market premium of ₹10, implying a nearly 5% potential listing gain. Khambatta Securities is the book-running lead manager, and Bigshare Services Private Limited is the registrar.
In its RHP, Technocraft Ventures describes itself as a multidisciplinary public infrastructure development company focused on turnkey engineering, procurement and construction contracts. The company reported total revenue from operations of ₹226.10 crore in FY24, rising to ₹279.56 crore in FY25 and ₹345 crore in FY26, while profit increased from ₹19.1 crore in FY24 to ₹28.2 crore in FY25 and ₹43.3 crore in FY26, according to LiveMint Markets.
