The merged unit combines Boerse Stuttgart Digital custody with Tradias trading under co-CEOs, operating as one infrastructure platform with about 300 employees.

The tie-up brings together Boerse Stuttgart Digital’s custody business and Tradias’ trading operations, with the merged company operating under the Boerse Stuttgart Digital name while Tradias remains the brand for trading services.
Cointelegraph reports the unit will offer trading, custody, staking, and tokenization services, headquartered in Frankfurt and Stuttgart, with additional locations in Athens, Beirut, Berlin, Dubai, Madrid, Milan, and Ljubljana.
Tradias founder Christopher Beck and Boerse Stuttgart Digital managing director Ulli Spankowski will serve as co-CEOs, while the companies said financial terms were not disclosed.
