CLARA Analytics links Triage claims platform with DocIntel Pro

The integration connects unstructured medical and legal documents to CLARA’s predictive claims analytics, so risk scores and critical alerts can update dynamically as new information arrives.

CLARA Analytics, an AI technology provider focused on commercial insurance claims optimization, has launched an integration connecting its Triage platform with CLARA DocIntel Pro. The company says the move creates a single workflow that unifies document intelligence and predictive claims analytics.

The integration is designed to automate a data path that converts unstructured medical and legal files into claims-driving insights, rather than forcing insurers to choose between standalone document extraction tools and separate claims analytics that rely only on structured data. CLARA also says it links complex document insights directly to individual claims to optimize predictive modeling.

CLARA says the updated Triage platform now incorporates a broader mix of structured and unstructured information into its predictive models. It includes medical and legal data, notes and documents, such as comorbidities, prior injury history, visit-level summaries, ongoing treatment patterns, and elements from legal demands, including plaintiff approaches.

According to the company, the added data allows its models to assess more complete information, enabling risk scores and critical alerts to update dynamically when new information becomes available. CLARA also states claims professionals can identify complex claims earlier and review medical records more efficiently without additional training or changes to existing processes.
