Corbel and Sea Pine back Executive Exteriors with growth investment
The Texas roofing and exterior restoration provider, founded in 2018, plans new branch openings, sales expansion, and acquisitions of complementary businesses after the investment.
Corbel Capital Partners and Sea Pine Equity Partners have invested in Texas-based roofing and exterior restoration company Executive Exteriors, expanding the firm’s specialty services for residential and commercial customers. The company was founded in 2018 and includes specialty roofing, exterior restoration, and insurance claim support services.
Executive Exteriors said its founder and CEO, Drake Gordon, will retain a significant ownership stake and continue leading the company. The investment is intended to fund new branch openings, expansion of the sales team, and investments in technology and infrastructure.
According to the company, the funding will also be used to pursue acquisitions of complementary roofing and exterior services businesses. Coverager reported that Executive Exteriors aims to stay founder-led while accelerating its long-term growth plans.
