EA Sports deal is finalized, shares delisted from Nasdaq

EA said its stock stopped trading and shareholders will be paid $210 per share as part of the finalized $55 billion transaction.

CNBC reports that the Saudi wealth fund and Jared Kushner's Affinity have finalized a $55 billion deal involving EA, previously linked to EA Sports.

EA said its stock has ceased trading and will be delisted from the Nasdaq, according to CNBC Markets and CNBC World.

The company also stated that its shareholders will receive $210 in cash per share as the transaction completes.
