India IPO slate set to open for Technocraft Ventures, LEAP India and Dhoot
Technocraft Ventures plans to raise ₹252 crore at a ₹200-212 price band, while LEAP India’s ₹2,480 crore issue is priced at ₹151-159.
LiveMint Markets says India’s primary market is set for a busy week, with multiple mainboard IPOs scheduled to open in the coming days, including Technocraft Ventures, LEAP India, and Dhoot Transmission.
Technocraft Ventures will be the first to open, with the subscription period running from 7 August to 11 August. The company’s ₹252 crore IPO includes a fresh issue of up to 95.05 lakh equity shares and an offer for sale of up to 23.76 lakh shares by promoter Kartikey Constructions, at a price band of ₹200 to ₹212 per share.
LEAP India’s IPO is set to open on 7 August and remain open until 11 August, with a price band of ₹151 to ₹159 per equity share. The ₹2,480 crore deal comprises a fresh issue of ₹480 crore and an offer for sale of ₹2,000 crore by existing shareholders, with the anchor investor portion opening on 6 August. LiveMint Markets adds that LEAP India plans to use ₹360 crore from the fresh issue proceeds to repay or prepay borrowings, and the remainder for general corporate purposes.
Dhoot Transmission will open for subscription from 10 August to 12 August, with its anchor book opening on 7 August, and a price band of ₹829 to ₹871 per share. LiveMint Markets also notes the estimated listing price for LEAP India based on grey market indicators, at around ₹162 per share, and that the IPO GMP trend has been fluctuating between ₹3 and ₹8 over recent sessions.
