Ondo Finance names ex-Blockchain.com CFO Adam Schlisman

CoinDesk reports that Ondo Finance has appointed Adam Schlisman, a former chief financial officer at Blockchain.com, as its chief financial officer as it expands its onchain capital markets business. Schlisman most recently served as CFO of macro hedge fund Monashee Investment Management, and earlier held finance leadership roles at Graham Capital Management.

Ondo said the hire supports scaling its tokenized securities platform, which it says has surpassed $1.0 billion in total value locked. The company also noted that it offers blockchain-based U.S. Treasuries and stocks, with more than $3.5 billion across its products.

Tokenization has grown as Wall Street firms increasingly move traditional financial assets onto blockchain networks, aiming to reduce settlement times, improve market access, and enable trading around the clock. Ondo’s platform is available on Solana, Ethereum, and BNB Chain, and it is integrated with exchanges, wallets, and custodians including Binance, Bitget, MetaMask, and Ledge.
