Ashika Global Securities shares jump after Indian market rebound
Ashika also reported quarterly total income up 44.5% year over year to ₹172.1 crore and posted PBT growth of 47.4% to ₹129.7 crore.
Ashika Global Securities shares rose as much as 2.8% on NSE on Thursday, after India’s broader stock market rebounded, with the company’s stock opening at ₹468.5 compared with a ₹461.3 close the prior session, according to LiveMint Markets.
In early trade, benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty were modestly higher, with the report citing easing crude oil prices and buying interest in Reliance Industries.
The company said in an exchange filing on 3 August that it posted its highest-ever quarterly performance for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, including total income growth of 44.5% year over year to ₹172.14 crore.
Ashika also reported profit before tax increasing 47.4% year over year to ₹129.73 crore, and its board approved a plan to raise up to ₹1,000 crore through a Qualified Institutions Placement, subject to required shareholder and regulatory approvals.
