Marx Realty to reposition 430 Park Avenue with $68 million hospitality upgrade
The $68 million renovation is set to start in September and is expected to finish in late spring or early summer next year.
Marx Realty has announced a $68 million repositioning of 430 Park Avenue, a 19-story Midtown Manhattan office building spanning the western block of Park Avenue between 55th and 56th streets, according to Commercial Observer.
The project is designed to shift the property toward a hospitality-style office experience, with new amenities including a library, lounge, and a members-only style club, plus a golf simulator for tenants.
Marx Realty said the renovations will begin in September and are expected to be completed by the late spring or early summer of next year, with additional plans for a loggia that offers indoor and outdoor space and interior upgrades intended to bring more natural light and dedicated lounge areas.
The company also described the library as doubling as a 63-person boardroom, and said the amenities will be curated to blend hospitality elements, elegance, and workplace functionality.
