MADDD Equities buys vacant West Farms Bronx industrial site for $10.75M

The 40,097-square-foot lot includes four levels of usable industrial and warehouse space, and totals 90,000 square feet above and below grade.

ConnectCRE reports that Ariel Property Advisors closed the sale of 425 Devoe Ave., a vacant multi-story industrial property in the West Farms neighborhood of The Bronx.

The deal price was $10,750,000. The building covers 60,000 square feet above grade, plus 30,000 square feet below grade, which works out to $180 per square foot for the above-grade space.

ConnectCRE says an Ariel investment sales team represented the seller, Abingdon Square Partners. The buyer was MADDD Equities, LLC.

The property sits on a 40,097-square-foot lot and offers four levels of usable industrial and warehouse space with regional transportation access near the 2 and 5 subway lines and the Cross Bronx Expressway.
