NRP Group begins OSU East with 336 apartments in Columbus, Ohio
The 27.5-acre project also includes 138 for-sale townhomes and is backed by equity from Carlyle Group, with financing from PNC Bank.
The NRP Group has broken ground on OSU East, a new 336-unit multifamily housing community in Columbus, Ohio, marking the company’s first market-rate community in the city, according to ConnectCRE.
The project will be built on a 27.5-acre site on West Dublin Granville Road and will include 11 three-story residential buildings featuring a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, the outlet said.
ConnectCRE added that the development will include an additional 138 for-sale townhomes developed by M/I Homes of Central Ohio LLC.
The project is supported by equity from Carlyle Group, with financing provided by PNC Bank, while the City of Columbus served as a key partner during the entitlement and development process, ConnectCRE reported.
