Technocraft Ventures IPO opens, grey market premium rises to ₹13
The ₹252 crore book-build includes ₹202 crore of fresh issuance and an offer for sale worth ₹50 crore, and the issue is set to close on 11 August 2026.
Technocraft Ventures Ltd has opened its IPO on India’s primary market, with the share price band set at ₹200 to ₹212 per equity share. The company is targeting total proceeds of ₹252 crore through a mix of fresh equity and an offer for sale.
According to LiveMint Markets, grey market activity indicates a premium of ₹13, up from ₹10 the previous day. The report also notes the public issue has drawn a tepid response in the first one and a half hours of bidding.
LiveMint Markets said the book-build structure includes fresh shares and an OFS, with ₹202 crore earmarked for new issuance and ₹50 crore reserved for the OFS route. The IPO is proposed to list on both BSE and NSE.
By 12:45 PM on day 3 of bidding, LiveMint Markets reported the issue had been booked 1.48 times overall, with retail subscribed 0.52 times, NII filled 1.01 times, and the QIB portion subscribed 3.51 times. The tentative date for finalizing allotment is 12 August 2026, and the IPO remains open until 11 August 2026.
